Attorney Moen represents clients in complex business, employment, and real estate disputes in Massachusetts, New York, and New Hampshire, including substantial experience in the prosecution of class action lawsuits on behalf of thousands of victims of wage theft. His work in Olvera v. Mazzone Management Group Ltd., et al was recognized as one of the top 20 Wage and Hour settlements of 2020. His practice includes:

• Representation of a certified class of banquet servers against resort hotel in New York, resulting in a $1.2 million settlement

• Represented one of North America's largest workwear and textile service companies in over one hundred contract disputes and arbitration proceedings
